Olufemi Awoyemi mni, FCA, FCTI, FIoD

Olufemi Awoyemi, Chairman of View Limited (a knowledge-based audit, assurance and advisory services firm), is a member of the National Institute and a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), and the Institute of Directors (IoD). He is an Associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM); and holds Honorary fellowships of the Association of Investment Advisers and Portfolio Managers (IAPM), Institute of Credit Administration (ICA), Business Process Management Institute (BPMI), and the Institute of Information Management (IIM).

He has built an impeccable portfolio of commercial and management achievements garnered over three decades and has a distinguished career of involvement in many initiatives, associations, academia and developmental activities including services to the Securities & Exchange Commission’s Capital Market Committee (CMC) on FinTech Roadmap for Nigeria; the Institute of Directors (IoD) Representative on the National Action Committee (NAC) for the Implementation of AfCFTA, the Chairman of the Financial Services & Capital Markets Committee since 2019, Vice-Chairman of the Ethics & Governance Committee, member Research & Advocacy Committee, and member Strategic Implementation Committee. He is an Alumni mentor to the LBS Executive MBA program, a member of the Editorial Board/Peer-Review and faculty member of the IoD Centre for Corporate Governance.

He had previously been a 3-term member of the esteemed Strategy, Research & Advocacy committee of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), member of the 2015 Technical Sub-Committee of the Nigeria Economic Summit Group (NESG), member of various committees of the Nigerian-British Chamber of Commerce and in 2012, Technical Advisor to the National Assembly House Committee on Capital Markets.

Awoyemi is actively involved with a number of NGO’s involved in community and economic development. He has published hundreds of reviews, opinions, articles, research work, and publications in the last three decades covering workplace issues, market intelligence, service/practice/innovation issues in the capital market, corporate governance in Nigeria, public policy and impact assessments, white collar crimes in corporate Nigeria and the markets.

Olufemi is a Governing Council Member and Vice-President of the Association of Investment Advisers & Portfolio Managers, Governing Council member of the Fintech Association of Nigeria and representative member for Nigeria on the African Fintech Network (AFN); Governing Council member of the Association of Corporate and Individual Investment Advisers (CIIA); Executive Council of the Nigerian British Chamber of Commerce; and Board of two reputable firms.

Jojo Dawodu

Mr. Jojo Dawodu is a graduate of Economics/Urban and Regional Planning from the Florida State University, USA. Mr. Dawodu has a rich and varied work experience from marketing of fast moving consumer goods to project management, having worked in such organizations as African Petroleum, Coca-Cola International, and other notable global brands.

He is involved in private practice and has been able to garner and nurture an extensive network/contact system within the local business community.
